IT Support Skills Training
Are you a young Nigerian looking to begin your career in technology? If so, our training program is perfect for you. We are currently accepting applications for 200 participants between the ages of 20-35.
ESMI is implementing a LEAP Africa project funded by MacArthur and Ford Foundation. The project which is funded through the NYFF has a mission to strengthen, support, and enable young people in Nigeria for youth leadership, activism, and social change through outcome-driven policy engagements and inclusive resourcing that will support youth in shaping and supporting medium and long-term national development.
This IT support program is designed to give you the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in the rapidly expanding field of Information Technology. The training will focus on three main areas:
- Front-end Development
- Back-end Development, and
- Data Analysis with Python
Who is this program for?
- Nigerian youth between the ages of 20-35 who are interested in I.T. support.
- Individuals looking to enter or advance in the I.T. support field.
- Individuals who are willing to commit to the full duration of the program.

Where Will the Training Take Place?
- Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria. The training will be held in a conducive learning environment and will be led by experienced IT professionals.
Who is Eligible for This Training?
- Nigerian youth between the ages of 20-35.
- Must have basic computer literacy/skills.
- Must have completed any of these educational levels (Waec, B.sc, HND, OND, NCE).
- Access to a fully functional smartphone.
