In ESMI we continue changing the narrative and sharing our message of wisdom through our support services. Part of our mission is to support disadvantaged women and children. The ESMI team, working closely in the community with these women provided quality service

Because we are dedicated to making a difference in our community we pulled resources together to raise a food pantry for the families that need it most.

We are committed to empowering these women by providing them safe quality food items as well as advocacy and support services. we believe that every woman should be educated or trained, and empowered so they can stay relevant and impact their community positively. We can do this with your help and support.

Over the past 4 years, we have constantly spread the message of hope through our organization’s outreach projects. In our school outreach project, “Give them a voice, ” the ESMI team works tirelessly to see that the young students are adequately included. We draft outlines of topics to speak on. The advocacy team takes on a survey to see what issues are more pressing to the youths and

prepare through extensive research and data analysis to deliver insightful teaching to the school pupil.

The name “Give them a voice” was born out of the need to see that the young African child is not silenced or left behind. It equally expounds on the truth that having a voice is powerful and as a child
