Adaobi is a foreign-trained attorney with international experience in recruiting, litigation, advocacy, leadership, and organizational development, and community project management/implementation. She is the chairman board of trustees of the Empowerment Sapiens Mulier Initiative. She has extensive years of experience working with women in rural areas. Her passion for Women’s Empowerment led to the creation of the ESMI vision in Nigeria in 2016. She has a Bachelor of law degree with her LL.M research thesis focusing on Alternative Dispute Resolution (Divorce Arbitration and Mediation) and prior to getting into talent management, she practiced law in Nigeria having been admitted to the Nigerian bar 11 years ago. She is currently studying for her MBA and will graduate in the spring of 2022. She brings with her analytical mind, advocacy, research skills, and international work experience.
